Treat Me Basecoat- A hydrating and nutritional basecoat for your nails! Prickly pear water replenishes, revitalizes and supports hydration! Coconut and Castor Bean creates a protective barrier and Capryloyl glycerin/sebacic acid copolymer creates a flexible and protective barrier. Amino acids help stimulate the kertain in nails to bring them back to their original state. Use as a regular basecoat under your favorite REL polish or as a treatment for your nails.
