Introducing: ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤🩶🤍 LOVE IS LOVE ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤🩶🤍 LOVE IS LOVE is a holographic magnetic topper. It can be used over any color and also on its own or over a nail-blurring base coat. This formula is a thinner consistency for the pigments maximum movement and may need a little shake before use (some settling of the magnetic pigment may happen) and applied in a normal layer or thin layers to build as strong of a line as you prefer over your base color. The magnetic pigment is very abundant, and a little goes a long way! This polish can also be used for Nail Art without being magnetized with the same holo shine. The picture of a swatch stick with the Love is Love tip is not magnetized and is applied with a nail art brush.
