A long time ago (1991) in a place far, far away (upstate New York), there was an ice storm that crippled the city, leaving everyone without power for 4 days. Power was out, services were interrupted, businesses were shut down...and school was closed. It...was...awesome!!! I drew upon high-school me's memories as inspiration for this polish. Ice Stormed the Castle is a barely blue crelly with an icy blend of microflakies, tiny ultrachrome chameleon/holographic flakies & shimmers.
