This polish will be availble for a limited time BUT may be voted into permanent status during TOTM voting at the end of the year. Available 7/19 here and at PBE. Ensign Eternal Inspired by Harry Kim, who served on Voyager. While he proved himself an essential part of the crew, he watched as others received promotions during his 7 year trip home, while never receiving that extra star from Janeway himself. Neon chartreuse base with red/orange/gold shifting shimmer and a dusting of holographic microflakes.
