From Neon Nights 4, All Aboard was inspired by the train that goes around the park. While not the most exciting ride, it's lovely to get a peek through the trees at all of the rides and attractions! This is a neon green with a velvet holographic shimmer. Note that it is a subtler holographic effect. This polish is UV reactive but not glow in the dark.
