Ooh Smooth is our glitter smoothing topper. Three steps to smooth glitter: 1) After applying your glitter polish, let it dry to the touch (5-10 min). 2) Add a generous coat of Ooh Smooth, and allow that to dry to the touch. 3) Finish off with a coat of your normal top coat - quick dry or regular, whatever you love. 15ml bottle
