Light periwinkle with blue shimmer. I messed up a pretty big batch of this month's PPU, Celebrate Good Times. I'm adding it to the store as Blue Sky Thinking on 4/26 at 2pm US Central Time along with the restock. There won't be regular swatches because this is a one time thing, and since I have NO IDEA what I did to make it come out this color, it will not be restocked. Once it's gone, it's gone.
