Description The Headless Horseman's Haunt is a bright orange glow-in-the-dark polish with orange to yellow shifting micro flakes and black glitter shreds. This polish glows orange in the dark. For best results we recommend using Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
