Rags to Riches is a rich brown pearlescent nail polish. Brown aura signifies selfishness, insecurity, greed, and a connection to earth and focused on building a strong foundation in life. Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
