Description Monsters in the Moonlight is a blue glow-in-the-dark polish with pink to green shifting micro flakes and black micro glitter shreds. This polish glows blue in the dark. Aura Meaning The bright blue aura represents deep communication, self-expression, positive personality traits and abilities, intuition, clairvoyant, psychic, and sixth sense. Directions Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
