Forever True-Blue is a royal blue pearlescent nail polish with blue holographic glitter. Blue aura signifies truth, honesty, intuition, empathy, and communication. They often act as a source of support and emotional healing for others. Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using 1 coat of Glitter Gloss Top Coat and top with 1 coat of Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. Use your favorite base coat, or choose one of our many different base coats, to use under the polish.
